One of my dear friends gave birth to her little bundle of joy yesterday morning at 9:25 a.m. We received the call from the delighted and proud Daddy while in staff meeting. Madison Elizabeth (a.k.a. Maddie) is now an unofficial member of our extended work family. We’re happy to know she arrived safely, having all the necessary fingers, toes and equipment all in working order. We’re even happier to know her Mommy did well and had no problems during the process.
The rest is not for me to write, but, rather to ship those who want to meet her along to her blog (yes, every new baby should be born already having a blog and a captive audience). Please visit Mad About Maddie and see her first peeps at her Mommy and Daddy, Grandma and Pa. I would have to agree with her Dad, I think she looks like her Mommy!
