Last night my granddaughter Aidan and I were playing with Barbie dolls. We’d just given her new Barbie bedroom furniture and clothes for her 5th birthday. As she was playing with the new accessories, she was explaining to me that she had a lot of “hookers” at her house.
“Excuse me?”, I said. “You have WHAT at your house?”
“Hookers, Grammy. They’re in my closet!”
She held up a tiny, Barbie doll sized hanger and said, “See? Hookers!”
“Oh! You mean hangers!”
Well, that was a relief. I was getting a little concerned about what might have been going on at her house up north!

Hey you forgot the one where she asked if you had a washer so you could wash her dress! But I love the story!
