It’s the end of my first week on the new diet and, despite Fat Chick’s prediction of failure, I’ve actually dropped 4 pounds.
Nothing to set the world on fire, but, at least it’s moving in the right direction.

I would actually say that’s fantastic progress. One to two pounds a week is really a good starting point. Anything over that is excellent. 🙂
